Warranty and RMA

Warranty and Return Policy

  • Our Products carry a standard 12 month manufacturer warranty, commencing from the date of the TECHORIUM invoice
  • Customer requesting return under warranty must register their account with techorium.com and complete Techorium an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form which can be completed and submitted electronically via our web site or the form can be obtained from a Techorium Customer Service by calling 1-877-307-4499
  • Techorium.com website and Customer Service will issue an RMA number for acceptable returns immediately transmission of Techorium Returns Form. Techorium has the first right of refusal on RMA applications, should the request for RMA not be granted by Techorium, notification as to the reason for rejection will be e-mailed or faxed to the customer
  • Before unit is sent back, please make sure the faulty units are well-packed and well-protected, preferably in its original packaging and accessories, i.e. cables. adapters etc.

  • Freight charges will be borne by the customer

Defective on Arrival (DOA)

  • Customers requesting DOA return must complete Techorium RMA form and obtain RMA number as mentioned in the Warranty Policy
  • Customers have 7 days from the date of Techorium invoice to request DOA return that are returnable to Techorium under its DOA policy
  • The authorization is valid for 14 days from the Returns Material authorization (RMA) issuance to receipt the item in the Techorium logistics center
  • Before unit is sent back, please make sure it is well-packed and well-protected, preferably in its original packaging
  • TECHORIUM will bear for two-way freight charges
  • TECHORIUM will forward the replacement immediately

Return Material Authorization (RMA) for Repair out of warranty

  • Customers requesting return for repair outside warranty period, must complete Techorium RMA form and obtain RMA number as mentioned in the Warranty Policy. The unit must be returned to TECHORIUM for repair under proper RMA number
  • Repair charges depend on each faulty unit. TECHORIUM will inform the charges to customer before repairing
  • Customer will bear two-way freight and repair charges
  • Before unit is sent back, please make sure it is well-packed and well-protected, preferably in its original packaging

Overseas RMA

  • Customer is responsible for the to and fro freight and insurance costs for DOA return or Return under warranty

Warranty Extension

  • At the time of purchase, customers have the option of purchasing the extended warranty.
  • The cost of the extension of warranty for 2nd year is 15% of the unit price
  • The cost of the extension of warranty for 3rd year is 20% of the unit price
  • The price includes all parts and labor, but excludes Shipping charges, the same will be borne by the customer
